These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Krafty Ceramics. By booking a session, you agree to the following:
- Bookings & Enquiries
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed in writing (email, message or booking form confirmation) and deposit payment has been received. Details such as session type, date, location and group size must be confirmed in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date prior to the session, unless otherwise arranged.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client but may be transferable to a future date at Krafty Ceramic’s discretion (see cancellation section below).
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
I completely understand that plans change.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the session may result in the loss of your deposit.
- If Krafty Ceramics need to cancel due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond my control, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Session Length & Group Sizes
Session lengths and group sizes are agreed at the time of booking. Please ensure sessions start on time where possible, as delays may reduce painting time.
For children’s parties and care home sessions, adequate supervision must be provided by the venue or responsible adults at all times.
- What’s Included
I provide all pottery, paints, brushes, equipment and protective coverings required for the session. Tables and chairs must be provided by the venue unless agreed otherwise.
Finished pieces are taken away after the session to be hand-varnished and returned to booking host once dry.
- Finished Items & Collection
Finished pottery is usually returned within 7–14 days, depending on the size of the group and time of year. Timeframes will be confirmed at booking.
- Breakages & Damage
All reasonable care is taken during sessions; however, due to the nature of ceramic items being fragile, occasional breakages can happen. Krafty Ceramics cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused during the session. In the event of breakages on Krafty Ceramics part, a full refund or replacement ceramic will be offered, along with paints and brushes etc…to complete at your home address.
- Health, Safety & Clean-Up
All paints used are water-based and non-toxic. Aprons and surface protection are provided, but participants paint at their own risk.
Any allergies, additional needs or medical considerations should be disclosed prior to the session so reasonable adjustments can be made.
- Photography & Social Media
Photographs may occasionally be taken during sessions for marketing and social media purposes. No identifiable images of children or vulnerable adults will be used without prior consent.
If you prefer no photos to be taken, please let me know — no problem at all.
- Liability
Krafty Ceramics cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage caused outside of reasonable control. Participation is voluntary and at the individual’s own risk.
- Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version displayed on the website at the time of booking will apply.
